The interactive experience developed for the MIP lab at the Biotech Campus has a visual identity guided by a search for coordinated images and style in the medical field. The chosen direction was to find a stylistic line that recalled the medical world but with more modern and less institutional typographies and visual moods. For this reason, instead of the exclusive use of flat colors I used a gradient, more contemporary and dynamic, combined with flat colors on the more classic cyan. For the typographic character I chose a character with a strong basic identity called LUTZ, designed by Swiss Type Foundry Lineto. For the body text I chose a more institutional with a serif font that has excellent legibility and proportioning called Algebra from the type foundry Commercial Type. The interactive system presents a project on neural networks, for this reason I implemented a visual system that recalled the neurological structures of the brain in a simple and direct way.
